My order was supposed to be delivered on the 18th of November but it has not been delivered yet. Today is the 20th of November and they are always showing that it will arrive today.
They said my order would be delivered shortly but it still has not been delivered. They made fake promises to the customer which is not good.
Please deliver my order as soon as possible. At the very least, don't make fake promises to the customer, please.

Dear Customer Support Team,
I am writing to formally complain about the unprofessional behavior of your delivery agent, Gurwinder regarding my order #788529***_*3423, which was scheduled for delivery today at House No. 700, Babhat, Zirakpur.
After waiting the entire day with no communication, I personally visited your Zirakpur Delhivery office and obtained the contact number of the assigned delivery agent, Gurwinder.
Due to somewhat reason my number was not reachable and I called him from my number alternate number 977971****, and as per his instructions, I arrived at the mentioned location for pickup. However, despite waiting for over an hour, the agent never arrived.
When I tried calling him again, he did not answer my calls. After multiple attempts, he finally responded but misbehaved and rudely stated, "Wait there, I will come after delivering 100 other orders." This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.
A delivery agent is expected to communicate respectfully and fulfill their duties responsibly.
I would like to know if such conduct aligns with the service standards and training provided by your company. If not, I request strict action against the agent to prevent such experiences for other customers.
Additionally, I request the immediate cancellation of my order and ask that this delivery agent never contacts me again.

I have sent couple of mails and provided a different number to call before coming to deliver the parcel. In fact the customer care associate asked for the number in mail.
I have provided the number but no one called on alternate number.In fact I have also enquired with our society security and they have confirm no one has turned up to deliver as I have also instructed them as well to give me a call. But as no one has turned up so I did not get the call.

THE worst delivery service
Pick-up/return within the city - about 10-12km
3 days in a row, messaged it'll be picked up, never turned up
Finally, when they turned up, the delivery guy demanded I throw the package down 4 floors, kept insisting I throw down the package for a few minutes - had to yell at him on the phone, to get him to take the package upstairs
And this is the 3rd time this has happened with these people - demanding that I throw the package off the 4th floor - absolutely the worst delivery specially for pick-up/returns

My package was torn open by Delhivery and reshipped it. I knew something was off when it didn't get delivered on given date 18th of March.
It was picked up on 10th of March even though I booked it on 8th and should have been here on or before 20th of March since I chose express shipping by paying extra 250 but got delivered on 29th of March instead. You can check the frequency of my complaint registration (Ticket ID : J174192****021268) since my package was getting late.I knew something was off when it was getting late longer than usual and you know what they did. They lost the package but had to print the same label & paste it, put a button pin instead of the products I ordered which are purito bamboo panthenol cream, anua heartleaf collagen mask & acne patch and put the fake product (button pin) in an used transparent Delhivery cover by using a cello tape to reseal it so that we would notice the torn sign. My seller sent it in a plain white courier cover(attaching image below) which image is fortunately captured by Delhivery after pickup and Delhivery itself informed me about this.
So we can get into the conclusion that they acknowledge that they lost the package. They told me they need 10 - 14 days to complete the investigation and I was patiently waiting even though it's 1 month and 9 days since I booked it. Now they are telling me that they would only provide 100/ as refund since I didn't choose Delhivery protect they say,which is not fair. Everyone knows that skincare products and moisturizer cost more than 100 and I have clearly mentioned the brand and names of the products I ordered.
As per their policy, if a customer didn't choose Delhivery protect then Delhivery's liability for loss/damage is capped at 2000.
My products are worth 2300 and according to their policy they should pay at least 2000 since I didn't choose Delhivery protect. I'm writing to let you know about this unfair treatment from Delhivery Limited and I hope someone helps me by either getting my products delivered to me or refund me.

Delhivery company is worst
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with a recent experience involving your delivery drivers. My order was cancelled because they claimed the address was incorrect.
However, I provided the correct address during two separate phone calls, yet they still chose to cancel the order.
Furthermore, I found it highly inappropriate that the drivers questioned me about the contents of my order and its intended purpose. I would like to know if this practice is part of your policy and whether drivers are permitted to inquire about customers' orders. Their role should simply be to deliver the order and collect payment, rather than probing customers about what they are ordering and why.
One of the drivers even stated that if I did not disclose this information, he would not deliver my order. I urge you to take this matter seriously, as both drivers displayed a lack of professionalism.
It is crucial to respect customers' privacy, especially when they are ordering something personal. I recommend that you regularly remind your drivers to treat customers with the respect they deserve.
While I do not know the names of the two drivers, I can provide their phone numbers. The first number is +917051****08, from a driver who called me on January 15th.

Sir, I work outside of India. I always order medicines for my children from pharmacy sites. Full payment has been made, yet the delivery executive is not delivering the medicine. He is demanding a separate 50 delivery charge.

Horrible courier office bikramganj.
Your delivery agent called me to the delhivery office to pick up the parcel, and abused me. And if he did not come to the office, threatened to return the parcel, and also gave return tax. I have brought the last two parcels of 1 mg to your office.

Dear Customer Service,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the return pickup scheduled for April 23rd, which was not completed as planned.
Despite the scheduled date, no one arrived for the pickup. I followed up with the assigned executive early the next morning on April 24th, and he assured me he would come by 4:30 PM.
I waited until 5:00 PM, but there was no sign of him. I attempted to contact him multiple times, and when he finally answered, he informed me that he was on leave and would not be able to collect the return.
His tone was extremely rude and unprofessional, which I found unacceptable.
I am now concerned that this delay may affect my products warranty coverage. I request urgent attention to this matter and would appreciate a prompt resolution, including confirmation of a new pickup date and assurance that my warranty will not be impacted due to this delay.
Additionally, I strongly urge you to look into the behavior of the assigned executive, as such conduct is not acceptable and reflects poorly on your service.
