Urgent: Missed Return Pickup and Unprofessional Behavior by Pickup Executive

Dear Customer Service,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the return pickup scheduled for April 23rd, which was not completed as planned.
Despite the scheduled date, no one arrived for the pickup. I followed up with the assigned executive early the next morning on April 24th, and he assured me he would come by 4:30 PM.

I waited until 5:00 PM, but there was no sign of him. I attempted to contact him multiple times, and when he finally answered, he informed me that he was on leave and would not be able to collect the return.

His tone was extremely rude and unprofessional, which I found unacceptable.
I am now concerned that this delay may affect my products warranty coverage. I request urgent attention to this matter and would appreciate a prompt resolution, including confirmation of a new pickup date and assurance that my warranty will not be impacted due to this delay.
Additionally, I strongly urge you to look into the behavior of the assigned executive, as such conduct is not acceptable and reflects poorly on your service.

Shipment stuck in some elsewhere destination for more than 5 days

My shipment AWB No 282776****686 is stuck in your Mangalore Katapalia office since 13 April 2025. I have raised a complaint, but I am not getting any response from your end.

I have never faced such an issue before with any other logistics. This is purely poor service and poor customer care from your end. I request prompt action from your end and a response from you as soon as possible, or else I will have to take legal action against your company for the mental harassment caused by your end.

Can't personally speak to them even through customer care. That is absolutely frustrating.

Secondly, they give you a date, but the delivery does not happen. That is even worse.

Other customer reviews are also terrible. Customers are frustrated.

I ordered product from raghav acoustic on 8th April 2025 morning and have been tracking soon after I placed a order and everything starting from receiving package ,transit and softwares used to track is good however the issue arrived after its reached the destination on 11th April 2025 morning 6 AM I though the courier service is great and will be getting delivery on Friday then I realised that these shipper is wont care about their customers and even did not deliver the goods also send notification that they deliver the product tomorrow also noticed that there is proper customer support to answer out queries.i have been waiting one important shipment because of your service its got delayed.Could you please let me know how can you recover my loss because of your improper service.Here are the details for your reference.
